It has been a pleasure and life changing experience working with Shanny Cohen as my personal trainer. Not only have I lost weight, I’ve gained muscle tone, flexibility, and most importantly, self confidence. All of which I was desperately lacking prior to working with Shanny.

In June 2013 I decided it was time to refocus on my fitness and get back into shape.  I randomly signed up for a Bikini Boot Camp class taught by Shanny Cohen.  Little did I know it was going to be exactly what I needed. Shanny continually mixed up the workouts focusing on different muscle groups. I value her sense in understanding a person’s abilities, gauging a workout specifically for them, and the effort she takes to teach proper technique.  I credit Shanny with kick starting my fitness.  I realize success will not happen overnight, but I know with the help of Shanny I will make it there.   I would recommend Shanny for anyone who wants a personal trainer who will motivate you to push yourself outside of your daily routines and reach your personal goals
